No Confirmation Letter!!

Royal Pacific...OK...First they send me my confimation letter .... months ahead of time (back in Dec). Then they lost my ressies (in June)....someone there canceled them by mistake..... had a hard time getting my great rate of $139 for the Club Level @ the RPH back.... got it back but not for the full 5 days...only 3......now I will be arriving in 2 weeks from tomorrow & still NO confirmation letter......starting to panic here.... has anyone gone without the confirmation letter??????

Sharon, I didn't have mine in June. I do have my August one. Did they charge you for one night yet?

How long does it usually take for a confirmation letter? I booked a room 2 weeks ago but have not recieved anything.

A Mickey Fan -- I just received mine a couple of days ago and I will be checking into the RP on 7/24. I've had my reservations for months. I was getting a little nervous but every time I called to ask about it I was told they do not send them out until two weeks before check-in. Well the last time I called it WAS less than two weeks before check-in and this time the girl on the phone told me not to worry as long as I had my confirmation # there should be no problem. I did receive mine like I said a few days ago.

I booked my reservations in Feb.for Dec.and was told,repeatedly,that I would receive my confirmation letter "shortly".It never came.Finally last week I called and asked them to FAX my confirmation to me,at work,and, lo and behold,I now have it.I was concerned,too,because we had to make a change in it and ,like you "AMickeyfan"didn't want to see my reservations cancelled all together.I feel better having the letter now.You may want to try the FAXing route.Good Luck!!

I made ressies at the HRH two weeks ago for an October trip. I received my confirmation letter a week later. I thought that was strange as the lady told me that I would receive it a couple weeks before my trip. I would call and see if there is a problem.

If they intend on sending it a "few days" prior to arrival, I won't be home. I am leaving for Orlando on 7/26th for my son's baseball tournament at Disney. I will be staying at that end of town until my RPH check in..... I may call them & see if they can fax it to a friend of mine's fax. And Cheryl.....as of now, none of my days have changed.......(gee we are almost neighbors & we have to communicate thru the DIS Borards...LOL)

I made and paid for my reservations in June for my stay this coming Sunday. I still have no confirmation letter. I did call and they have me in the system.

Just to add my $.02 worth - I made reservations at HRH last Monday, changed to ent. rate on Tuesday, then changed again to deluxe ent. rate on Thursday. I received my confirmation letter TODAY, showing the most recent (deluxe room) reservation. I don't know if it helped that our first reservation was made directly with Loews??
