Rumour has it that Disney will not be recruiting in Canada for Summer 2008. This does not seem to have been a public announcement - the only info I have comes from the Facebook group that was started to protest this decision:

My daughter is in first-year university and had her heart set on taking part in the ICP next summer - we're heartbroken at the thought that it might not happen.
