No burgers at Sci-Fi?

I hope it's a mistake too because the burgers are all we like at the Sci Fi and we have ADR's for 8/9. The last time we went (2006) they didn't have the burgers on the dinner menu but they made them special order for us no problem.

I emailed allears.net about this and their response was to call the restaurant and check. The info. they have does not have it on the menu.

We ate there on Tuesday 7/22. My daughter's boyfriend had the burger and it was the only thing we liked. We always have a meal at Sci Fi every trip. But our food this time was not good. The burger was the best. I had the Italian chicken sandwich and DD had the smoked turkey club. I wouldn't recommend either of those. We are not picky eaters but neither of us took more than a few bites of our sandwiches.

We ate at Sci-Fi for lunch on 6/30 and both DH and I had the Angus burger (I think with bacon? Can't remember!) It was very good. I was surprised at their limited menu. The atmosphere is great and we really enjoyed it. Would eat here again.

I have been searching for an answer about the burgers because that is the only reason we eat at Sci-Fi. I found on the website www.laughingplace.com/Guide-Dining-94-Menus.asp that the menu is dated 6/2/2008 and the lunch menu still has burgers.

Heh, I thought it was just me going crazy! I was on the allears menu page Monday morning, and made a lunch ressie based on the burger being there for my DH. I get home, and access the page again to show him the menu, and it's gone! Replaced by the butcher steak. Yeah, I think the lunch menu was inadvertently replaced by the dinner menu at some point on Monday. At least I sure hope so!
