No 8am MK openings on party nights in September?

In years past, MK would open at 8 am on MNSSHP nights. This year, looks like Disney is keeping the MK opening at 9 am.

Anyone know why?

Have an upcoming trip and was hoping to hit MK for the 8 am opening (730 EMH).

That extra hour first thing make a HUGE difference.

I assume they think crowds won’t be high enough to warrant an extra hour. You can still get plenty down with low crowds.

Not for my dates in early Sept

I agree with PP though, they were great but they weren’t necessary due to the low crowds. Kinda like icing on the cake.

Its probably (hopefully) a sign that crowds are THAT low. We are going late October and really hope we get the 8am by then.
