NJ Teachers Week Nov. 9-15...RP,Hardrock or off-site?

Looking to arrive Wed. Nov 9. What will the crowds be like this time of year? I have a 6 and 9 year old. We get up early and plan to be at the parks by 8:30 am each day. Like to avoid lines. This has worked in the past for us. Is it worth it paying $ 180 per night at Royal Pacific. Or should we rent a condo for less with more sleeping space? Will I have happy feeling that I have at Disney staying on-site? Is it easy to get around? Thanks

We went last year during NJ teachers convention and stayed at the Sheraton Vistana condos during our 4 days at disney. We then transfered to the Royal Pacific for 3 days. We REALLY missed the space and privacy we had at the condo! However FOTL privledges were great also!!

My advice would be: Since you are an early rising family anyway, you can avoid many of the real long lines by going to the parks early. Our family certainly does not regret staying at the RP, BUT the space and the privacy at the condo was really nice too!

Ideally, if money didn't matter: Stay at a condo and ALSO purchase one night on site. One night on site is worth 2 days of FOTL. You don't need to use the room, just pay for it, so you recieve FOTL privleges. You could use the room for part of the day to rest or go to the pool.
