Nikon lens question.

I have a several year old D3200 that I almost exclusively use my 35mm lens or my 18-200mm lens on. Today I got the 18-55mm kit lens out to try some shots with it and it clicks into place but will not stay attached. I can hold it in place and it works fine. Good pics, auto focus, everything. It just wont stay attached. I don't see anything that looks broken or stuck. All tabs look good. I even hear it click after rotating it the 60* or so that is necessary. Other lenses still attach normally. Haven't dropped it or anything.

Sounds like the lens mount is defective. Try another lens or take it back to the retailer.

As I mentioned above, my other lenses work without any issue. Must be something with this particular lens.
