Nikki's trip report~Finally Complete! Come read. Pg 25

I don't understand this. This is the biggest of the parks, yet is always seems crowded!:confused3

It is really crowded in the mornings because most people view it as a half day park...and we made the mistake of going there on a day when MNSSHP was going to be held at MK that night. So it seems like everyone went there in the morning, took a break in the afternoon, then headed to the party that night. It was fantastic in the afternoons though! We walked on to EE twice in a row, walked on to KRR and they let us ride twice in a row without having to get off. :thumbsup2

I'll have to make plans to try this later in the day. The opening show was cute, but nothing to write home about. Thanks for the tip!!

A place to hang our heads and wash our butts.
Tag Fairy, where are you?

There weren't very many people there so finding a spot for the show was pretty easy. There were a few people sitting on the concrete so we decided to stand in front of them. Perfect spot.

Just kidding. We stood to the left of them.
Again, funny stuff!

He still wakes up screaming!!:scared1: Nothing that a little counseling won't help. I still pick on him a little every now and then. Cmon, it was funny!!!

dont torcher the young boy now, let him forget it.

sorry i have not been around to banter in a while, busy at work and home.

still here reading tho.

:surfweb:

great last update, way to go on the wake up call, i loved to turn that puppy on speaker phone every morning, I jump out of bed right after it is up, not the case at home, it takes DW 20 minutes to get me up at home.

not at Disney, I am strutten my stuff bright and early.

We did not get to see the opening show at MK this year, they did not have it the day we were there.

that is okay, another reason to go back.

Don't you EVER compare a beer and hotdogs to Small World!!!
:flower3:
Beer and hot dogs=baseball
Small World=Disney World

dont torcher the young boy now, let him forget it.
Oh alright, I'll leave him alone.

It's sad when life gets in the way of dissing!!

We have our priorities. Disney is important, work~not so much!!

That is so true. You just have to see the opening show.
I'm going back because I didn't get a picture from the Boardwalk store that I wanted and there was a coffee mug I wanted. I'm sure this is why Disney doesn't sell this stuff online, just so I have to spend thousands to go back and get it.
Those Disney people are pretty smart!!

I was thinking (scary I know). Why doesn't Disney do an extreme park? Big scary roller coasters, you know, extreme rides?? They have the room for it. The boys don't want to go back to Disney, they want to go to Universal because of the coasters. I don't know, just thinking out loud, or on the computer or whatever. I'm bored!!

There have been rumours about this being built for a while. When I was in Disney in July my family was sitting next to an engineer who works for Disney and he told us that he has been working on a project like that. Of course he could have just been pulling our leg but who knows. :confused3

I was just going to reply and say that i read somewhere thta they were planning it, but i could not remember where, thanks for remindind me it was you dreamer, and i think they are going to do it, they want a reason to take all teh people from universal, and that would be a good one.

They could theme everything with pixar stuff. that wold be awesome.

Aside from Pixar, I think that The Nightmare Before Christmas would make a GREAT coaster ride. I imagine it being set it the dark, like RnRC, with black-lights to make everything glow....Oogie Boogies "lair" would be awesome!

Another super fast coaster based on Cars would be really cool too!

This would be so good for Disney. People would be extending their vacations even longer. Hopefully we aren't all too old to enjoy it if they ever do build it.

C'mon Disney, get with it!!!

OT~~
I purchased my plane tickets for my November trip yesterday. There was a little crying involved. I have never flown and I am a bit scared to. I have 9 months to work that out though. Is there some kind of support group on the boards somewhere???

I got what I think is a pretty good deal, tell me if I'm wrong or not.

Round trip-Detroit to Orlando $203.00~nonstop! Oh, and was I a sucker for buying the insurance?? I figured it would still be Hurricane season.

that might work as well, each land could be themed like universal.

yeah you tell em.

not bad, i usually wait till about 3 or so month before hand and they seem to have alot of web specials then for airlines, they are worried that they are not going to sell out the plan so they discount alot of the seats.

The last two years we have flown round trip for honeymoon was. 310 for both of us total round trip.

this year i got a great deal on Air Tran for 250 both of us total round trip together. Before the taxes each of those tickets were 50 some bucks one way

Not sure about a support group but in my opinion unless you are afraid of heights, flying is nothing to be worried about! When your taking off, just imagine yourself on a roller coaster, or Mission Space! It's actually very cool and will probably make you laugh with excitement....at least thats what happens to me!

That seems like a good deal on airfare to me, but airfare is always expensive for me because I fly out of the smaller, local airport as opposed to flying out of NYC airports which would be cheaper.

It depends on how much the insurance was. If it was cheap, I say go for it.

I think it's been like 1,000 years since a full Hurricane hit Orlando in November.

Your chances of being killed in a car are 1 in 5,000. Airplane? 1 in 11,000,000!

We should design this and sell it to Disney. Think they'll buy??????????

Wow, not bad!! But I'm just a rookie, I know nothing! So if you're telling me this is a great deal, I will just take your word for it.

I AM TOTALLY afraid of heights! Don't like em, don't like em at all!!

When your taking off, just imagine yourself on a roller coaster, or Mission Space! It's actually very cool and will probably make you laugh with excitement....at least thats what happens to me!
Oh I wish it could be like this and I am thinking with the right "calm me down" drugs, you might be right! My daughter told me yesterday she's hitting the bar before the flight. I said "at 5:00 in the morning"? She says "I have to sit by you and deal with you for 2 1/2 hours, I'm pretty sure I'll need it".

Funny kid, this one!

It was $27. :confused3 I didn't think that was bad, but what do I know??

Oh great, than this is the year. It even snowed in Iraq.

I am going to check this out. Thanks.

I have heard this and repeat it to myself every time I think about flying. How early is too early to drink??

Don't look out the window. You'll be OK.

And yes, you're daughter is funny! Although at least she has a good reason to hit that bar that early...I was thinking about it for no good reason other than it's my vacation! :rotfl2:

I think it might work, but i am sure that they will just say that they allready have that design steal ours, and kick us out.:headache:

they are sneaky, and i am sure that they have there own people monitoring the DIS to see what all of us genous people come up with so they can implement it.

it is a good deal, i am looking into a flight down to miami this summer to see DW's sister we can get down there with 10 dollar flights from a new airline out of our regional airport.
