I need to go back, your trip report is making me want to go back! I still didn't get to do it all.

I like the Buzz ride. It's not my favorite but still tons of fun.

The castle picture you took from a different angle was really cool. I never thought to get right under it and take a picture straight up. See? I need to go back just to get better, cooler, more artistic shots.

I have a question I hope someone can help me with.

I booked and 8-night/8-day with hoppers at the Pop for $1567 for my daughter and I.

I wanted to see how much I was saving by booking a package. I priced it separate and there is a $40 difference. I'm losing money.

Does anyone know why this is? Convenience? I thought about calling and complaining, but if it's something real simple that I am not "getting" I don't want to make an @$$ of myself.

I don't know why. I usually book everything seperately. I buy my park tickets from an outside vendor (Undercovertourist) to save a few bucks (the savings is not that dramatic). Of course I am cheapskate. I believe that you can still make changes and decide to book seperately.

The Ultimate Guide talks about this. The price is the same. The only difference is they probably throw in a lanyard or something.

I think theres a voucher for Planet Hollywood and maybe a picture?? I guess nothins for free huh??

Well, as of about 10 minutes ago, I am the proud owner of the dining plan. Unfortunately you have to have the package or stay at a DVC to get it. I just couldn't resist, it was so nice to have EVERYTHING paid off before we go there last time. I just have to save "me" money!!

Hey Nikki! I'm caught up now. Like Robby, I had ambitions of becoming a monorail driver, but I never heard about the college program until after I finished college (1991). I guess the reason I never heard about it when I was a kid entertaining thoughts of driving monorails back in the 70's is because the program didn't start until 1981 with only 200 college students (a tiny fraction of the 8,000 involved in it now). Thanks to Wikipedia for that bit of trivia.

Then it was back to Haunted Mansion for 1 last ride with the ghosts for the day.

We went to Fantastyland to watch the fireworks. This I don't recommend and will never watch from here again. It was like watching tennis. Back and forth, back and forth. You just don't get the full picture.

your pics are better than mine and i was in the hub! what setting did you use, do you remember? i tried everything and most of mine are still really blurry. i got great pics in december but i went retarded in october and just couldn't figure it out

While were were waiting for the parade this woman behind us starts freaking out. Apparently there was a bug crawling around. It wasn't just any bug, it was a Palmetto bug. The giant cockroach from hell. Have you ever seen one??

ok eww. i definitely would be the one running down main street, screaming like a minion of satan. I call my brother to come kill the spiders. and in his absence i've been known to use whatever poisonous liquid with a spray nozzle that happens to be within arms length, to kill them...windex, air freshner, soap scum remover, hair spray, dusting spray, and lysol disinfectant spray. I can handle snakes, lizards, and PO'd rabbits flinging poo at me, but bugs/spiders just don't work for me. I nearly had a heart attack the other day when I went to wash dishes and there was a silverfish in the sink. My mom (in her infinite wisdom) uses cold water and washes it back down the drain from wence it came. I was like "mom, somehow I don't think that solved the problem..."

I sure wasn't going anywhere near this maneater.

Robby, he doesn't like any kind of bug and usually is terrified of them, takes his shoe off, pumps up his chest and whacks this bug to its last day at the Magic Kingdom. He saved the day!!!!

I love Specto. The music is so so, I just can't seem to find the word. It leaves you all happy!

Try letting the DisRadio run for a couple hours. It will come on eventually and it will you give you the option to buy it. Or I can copy it onto a CD and mail it to you - although I don't remember your address except for your town and state. At least I'm not stalking you like your kids warned you about!

I have a lead foot and experience bouts of road rage, but that all has to do with not wanting to be late to my destination and being competitive. Since the monorails aren't on a schedule and you can't pass another monorail going in the same direction, I think I'd be OK behind the controls of a monorail.
