Nightmare Before Christmas Halloween event

Does anyone know whether or not they have this event at Walt Disney World or is it just at Disneyland?

Also, I assume it is similar to the Very Merry Christmas Party?

We are planning a trip in October and would like to catch it if possible.

As far as I know the Nightmare Before Christmas Halloween event is only held in Disneyland (California). I'm 90% sure of this, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

This is just a Disneyland thing. There is some information on it at www.intercotwest.com. It sounds pretty cool. I love "The Nightmare Before Christmas," and hope they continue to do this so I can go to Disneyland to see it.

At WDW you will find MNSSHP. It is similar to the Christmas Party, except where you would pick up cookies and hot cocca, we pick up candy. My kids (DH and I, too) like the Halloween party best. It's great fun to dress up and trick-or-treat at the MK.
