Anyone else have these annoying nighttime "freak out sessions" as I like to call them?
For the past couple of nights I start flailing around in bed and have been hitting my husband, last night it was in the face! He wasn't happy with me, but understands that I can't help it. Sometimes I wake up terrified and don't know why.
My Primary Care Dr. says it's pent up anxieties from the day, but when I go to bed, I never feel anxious. My father is very sick and I just started a new business. I'm assuming these are the things I think about in my sleep. I feel like I'm the only one with these night terrors, anyone else feel like me?
