Night Kingdom ?

I just read on another board that Disney working on creating a Night Kingdom, a trill rides, 5th park. I never heard of that, does anyone know details, is it true or just another rummor?

I read the same thign about a year ago.. ive actually heard both that it is true and it was a rumor... the latest i have heard on it is the imagineers brought this idea about back in 2007 and later dismissed it in 2008 but are now working on it again.. but who knows???

Depending on who you talked to/read what web sites, Night Kingdom was a "done deal", that then got curtailed, renamed "Jungle Trek", and then vanished. There hasn't been much mention of it as of late, so it could be dead.

It wasn't generally described as a fifth park at all (that particular rumor belongs to the "Villains" park, and now the "Marvel" park), but as a special night time upcharge at the Animal Kingdom, in some sense to compete with Discovery Cove, albeit more adventure oriented.

It was even rumored after the Adventurers Club was closed with the rest of PI that it would be relocated to the Animal Kingdom to serve as the entrance to Night Kingdom.

a 5th park has been a rumor for years now.. someday it may turn into a reality, but for now, still a rumor...in the making
