Does anyone know if the Dora the Explorer character still makes an appearance in the park and if so what would be the best area in USF to find her?

She's still around. I've usually seen her near the Lucy exhibit.

She is outside of the park this week. I saw her and Jimmy Neutron this morning.

I've also seen her and the Rugrats outside of the park when I went in February and in May.

That's true. I forgot that she is usually outside of the front gates at Universal Studios just before park opening with several other Nick characters.

Yes, some are.
Atleast that one's I saw pre-Nick leaving, were still there post-Nick leaving. Rugrats, Dora, Jimmy Nutron?, etc

I always see Dora in front of the Lucy Tribute, I have seen her in front of the Universal globe by the entrance early in the morning.
