We have been there 2x both times in August. Since it is high season, the pool was open from 8AM until 11PM. We seemed to have a problem last trip with kids throwing up in the pool at night, and then the pool would have to close. It happened 3x in a week last time. I am also a priority club member and you get late check out (12 noon) if it is available. You just have to ask for it. I would be happy to answer any other questions you might have. We love this place but with the KEF changing from 12 to 5 years old and the resort fee added on, it doesn't make it financially feasible anymore without a really good deal. Have a great time!
