I know! Doing that to his hair is his new thing. Well, that and pulling himself to standing on things! He's only 7 months, and he's been doing it for 2 weeks-ish now. I do LOVE his eyes. I hope they stay that blue.

How about my flower ideas next? I know I want to do them in silk, and I love calla lillies, so, that's probably what I'll do. But, here's some ideas I love.

But, I'm pretty sure I'll do this:

I'm not doing flower centerpieces or anything either. My BMs will carry a single stem calla.

It's not creepy at all! What does he expect? You're going to have one soon enough! It's exciting to see what they're going to be like and doing in a few months! I loved going and seeing my aunt's daughter, because she's about 6 weeks older than my DS (although, she was due the day after me, but they had to do an emergency C-sec because of Pre-Eclampsia), and it's cool to see all the stuff he'll be doing in a few weeks. Although, now he's past her! She can't quite crawl yet (but getting close), and DS is not only crawling, but he's pulling himself up to standing on things and moving from one thing to another. He's almost standing on his own, too. He can pull himself up, and wave with one hand and still be okay. Haha, sorry, I'm ranting! But, you'll love your little boy. They're so much fun!

Alright, I decided to talk about everything paper. STDs (haha), invitations, programs. All that good stuff. So, here goes.

We'll start with STDs, because, well, that's the first thing people will see.

I love the boarding pass style of STDs, so we'll probably go with those:

I also like this idea, with a cute little paragraph in this style. Except, it'd be about us! Haha.

I definatly want to do this style of magnet:

Now, how about some invitations? I love Pocketfolds! Can you tell?

We'd probably do something like this, with one side in English, one side in French.

If we don't do pocketfolds, we'll do it like this, with an alternating line thing:

As far as invitations, I'm nervous about extra people coming. Our families are so big to start with! Extra, uninvited people is a scary thought. So, there's the possibility of doing something like this:

I'm very excited about welcome bags. I don't really know why.

So, here's my plan.

Everyone will recieve a gable box (either in light blue or brown).

It'll have something cute on the outside with our names on it, somewhat like this.

There will be a folder, with lots of information in it. I'll post the information as I write it up.

There will be park maps, a timeline, important phone numbers,

a camera scavenger hunt,

a card with info on sharing wedding pictures,

a newsletter, maybe a crossword, maybe some other stuff.

I'm going to make the trip cards that Jessica sent me.

I also might make door signs or door knob hangers or something.

Then, it'll include other fun stuff. I saved some pictures for ideas, so I'll just post them all.
