DBF just called, they're down to 2800 customers still without power. He's been out since yesterday morning, and hopes to be able to come home tonight. They were pulled to the concord area around midnight, and moved back to our area about 830 am. Some of the Mass/CT crews have gone home, so it looks like things truly are improving!.
Last night we had some wind damage, which increased the amount of tree's down, but they not working on them yet. Still trying to remove tree's from lines and get new poles and lines in place. The major lines have all be replaced/repaired now they're working on lines that only serve smaller area's.
As of right now, he's been on storm damage since Noon on Friday...the IRS is going to love him this week!...
I've kept the bag of stuff I packed for him packed, just incase things change and he doesnt get home tonight. The kids and i will be road tripping to bring him clean/dry/warm clothes LOL...
