I was wondering if anyone could email me their newsletters. I just realized that I needed this room block completed by the end of the month, and I have no idea how to explain it to everyone. Thanks!

If it helps, you don't really need to explain it to your guests. All they need to know is that you have rooms set aside at X, Y, and Z resorts and they need to make their reservations by calling this specific phone number by such-and-such a date.
