I wonder how much it costs to book a whole park for an evening...I thought I heard that there is an after hours CM Holiday party on one night, but don't know if it's one of these...would be interesting to know the process of booking a private evening. Maybe in my next life.

Yes there is a CM party usually. I believe it was held at DHS last year as wel. I don't know if it changes parks year to year tho. The DIS owners have rented areas of the parks before for their disapalooza event and I'm sure it's a pretty penny to do so. This year the DIS rented out Diagon Alley for their event.

It is a service celebration for CMs celebrating 10+5interval anniversaries. I'm not sure what the whole plan is for the night, but there will be a special fireworks show

Not at all is my guess. I was under the impression that both Disney and Starwood are locked into pretty hefty contracts regarding the Swan and Dolphin.
