Epcot 50th - you do realize that's in 2032 - which is 16 years away - right? I think the next thing to worry about is MK 50th. That's 5 years away.

I just wanted to say that while I appreciate all the folks that post videos - I find myself avoiding watching them. This upcoming trip is the first in a while that's going to have a lot of new stuff, and I am sort of excited to not know exactly what that will entail. So things like the Soarin' film and the fireworks, I just don't really want to look at?

Anyone else feel the same way? Or does curiosity overwhelm the desire for surprise.

I'm very much the same way. We leave in 3 weeks and I haven't seen anything other than the pic of the AK tree.

DHS and possibly other parks to test a Souviener Popcorn bucket refill program in the coming weeks.

DL fireworks were only for the 60th and always scheduled to end when the 60th ends in september. This isn't due to any budget cuts. frankly i saw them and for a theme park celebration, they didn't fit. they had nothing to do with Disneyland, now the 50th fireworks were perfect for the park. also the world of color show will revert back to what it was before celebrate.

Ok, I think taking Tic Tock and Louis out of everything is ridiculous. Am I the only parent that didn't tell my kids what happened? This is only going to generate more questions from them. Like "Where is Tic Tock Croc? I haven't seen him anywhere." "Well, Disney took him out of everything because they thought it wasn't nice having a crocodile that liked eating a human hand." They might was well shut down Peter Pan because it's the entire reason why Captain Hook is Captain Hook.

My guess is that it is only temporary and done mostly out of respect for the family plus any guests that were there and couldn't really avoid telling their children.

On another note, just saw Finding Dory...so, so good!!! Two thumbs up from everyone in my family!

The 50th fireworks lasted like 10 years. How don't these fireworks fit? It incorporates projections in a perfect way and the show is different depending on where you watch it from. I am honestly surprised they are ending this show already. I also have been seeing upset Disneyland fans that paint the night is rumored to leave.

Are you able to launch your own water craft in Bay Lake and go to the Seven Seas Lagoon?

That's not going to eliminate gators coming up to sunbathe in the park area.

Right-- gators don't care it there is sand-- as a matter of fact, most times they are on grass next to the water. gators are fresh water and sand beaches tend to go with salt water unless man made.

Where do you get this from? have you ridden a jet ski? some are more stable than others, but a jet ski is a jet ski. if the cannot lean you cannot turn at speed. maybe they are governed to 45 mph, but the tipping usually occurs at idle.

I've heard that they have been manufactured differently to prevent tipping and high speeds.

Yes I have looked at that site. I didn't realize those ones could carry three people though. Jet skis can only be rented on bay lake.

They can probably float over underwater netting or could simply walk on land around it.

They can also climb chain link fences.
