Tomorrow, i am probably going to be hanging out with my crush,another guy,another guy, and one of my besties.
The guy i like has a girlfriend which is also one of my besties.
I flirt with him all the time, and i always feel bad for it and his girlfriend says that she doesn't care that i do. And also, he flirts with me too.
I still feel bad for it.

like i try to control it but then i start and then i got out of control.

I think so. Now keep in mind, ive never been in any kind of relationship(So take this as you will), but us guys are a dumb bunch. And thats an understatment. We LOVE it when girls flirt with us, weather its a serious thing or not. The problem is that this flirting can go a bit far and possibly turn into something neither of you want. This can SERIOUSLY hurt any friendships you have right now. So my suggestion, unless you are REALLY trying to get this guy, and you dont care if your friend is hurt and everything could turn into World War 3, just keep the flirting from a minimum to never. Remember, we are dumb and don't know any better.
