Newbie with towncar question

Hi, I'm a former lurker that just joined the board. My extended family (11 ppl) is going from MCO to the Raddison at Port Canaveral. We wanted to use a towncar service (van). My SIL found a service on the internet named Ultimate Towncar, which were quite a bit less expensive than Happy or FLTours. Does anyone have any experience with this company? Thanks!

I am not familier with this particular company. I know that when I had to book a car service, from WDW to Port, it was about $200. That was a year ago, and I know it has gone up a bit. That car wasn't a van, but an SUV since there were 4 of us, with a fair amount of luggage.
Perhaps someone here has heard of this company and can give some info. I think that $245, r/t, for a van for 10 people in on the cheap side. I would have thought it was more than that.

Ultimate is listed on the Orlando International web site so must be permitted at the Airport. A price of $245.00 is very reasonable for 10 persons. DCL transportation would run you $690.00 for 10 persons. All bus transportation runs approximately $70.00 round trip per person which means you can find car service companies at much cheaper rates.

Car service gets you to the port 50 minutes after you pick up your luggage. Bus service, DCL and others, consider yourself lucky if you make it there in less than 1 1/2 to 2 hours after you pick up luggage.

Bumping this up to see if anyone has had any experience with this company. Thier rates look good.

Anyone with first hand experience with them? I want to use a car service for our next trip.

No personal experience with this company. But their website says the van holds 10 people, and you mentioned 11 people. Did you confirm with them that they will be able to accomodate the extra passenger?

Also their esitmate of how much luggage can fit in with those 10 people might be a little inflated. I have experienced a van that size and there is not a lot of storage room. Not enough for 1 normal suitcase per person for a group of 10.

Just my thoughts, their prices look good.

I can not find any consumer reviews online for them (took 5 mins to do a quick search) so that would make me nervous...but I am a worry wart!

If you go with them please come back and leave a review. I may be in need of a van for 8 in the future...would be nice to have a good reference to someone.
