Newbie w/ some questions - Like you've never heard that one before!!

Hi all!! Been cruising this site for awhile now and have a question or two. I have booked a trip for 5/4 through 5/7. It will be me and DW 5th anniv. and also DD 9th b-day on that wkend. I already have made ADR for Fantasmic package at Hollywood and Vine for Thurs night for anniv.(My parents are coming-they get the kids that night) Also Donalds Breakfast deal at AK. Then princess breakfast Sat morning at Epcot Norway for DD b-day. Was wondering if there is anything else I could do Thurs night for anniv. to suprise the wife? She dont know about Fantasmic yet, but I would really like something more. As far as DD b-day, were getting a cake for the breakfast, and I know bout the b-day buttons from the parks and the b-day desserts from the resteraunts. Am i missing anything?? Thanks, Richard
Oh yeah...HUGE thanks to Dreams Unlimited Travel for the help with this vacation...Last time I have been to WDW Epcot was just starting to be built!

I hope not. Now that I am a little financially better off we will see. I sure dont want to make my kids wait as long as I had to!! Already reading up on DVC!!!
