Newbie to DSLR Here, just wanted to say HI

Hi everyone,
I am new to the DSLR world. I just got a Nikon D90 with the 18-105 kit lense that comes with it. I am a bit nervous as I don't really understand much at this point, but I have gotten a few book and have read through them, and I will be taking some classes by the local university here.

Just a hobby I have always wanted to do, so I finally took the plunge...
