Newbie Question.

So I’ve been to Disney several times but I haven’t been to Universal since I was a kid. From what I can tell if you stay at a Premier Resort you get the unlimited Express pass. Let’s say we are just doing 2 park days and 1 night at the hotel. Does the Express pass work for both days, check in day and check out day? If I book a Monday - Tuesday, is the express pass good for both days or just one? Thanks in advance.
