Newbie question

I have always gone to WDW with my parents (who are DVC owners) and have never done DDP. Now that I have the opportunity to go on my own (yay new job!) I want to try it out. I'm only going to stay one night/two days (I'm a FL resident) and was looking at the regular dining plan (1 TS, 1 QS, 1 snack). I can't seem to find what restaurants are listed as being able to redeem the QS credit. And another quick add on - Once I do find that list (help!) is every entree on that menu available for the QS credit?

Look on the right under "related resources" - you will want the first link that says "2011 Dining Plan."

In it, it tells which restaurant you can redeem a TS or a CS credit.

As for which entree, I believe you can pick any one you want. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
