Newbie question

We just closed on our DVC resale on Friday!!!!!!! How long til we are in Disney's system so I can make a reservation? Is there a number I can call to check? Any info wold be much appreciated! Thanks!

Typically a week to 10 days. You can get the number for MS from your resale broker and call. Some have posted being in within a week's time.

We closed 3/1 and we are still not in the system.

Often you are "in the system" - meaning your account is set up and MS can see it, etc, but there are no points in the account. When that happens, the points usually go in the next business day.

Be sure to double-check your points to be 100% sure you got exactly what you paid for.

Because of the system they use, DVC is usually very accurate, but when my Wyndham account was set up, I found that I had two differents sets of additional points I knew nothing about and paid nothing for!

We are not allowed to post the MS number here because it is for members only, but as others have said, you can get it from your broker.

Well our resale broker said to call March 18th which would be 2 weeks from closing.

Can someone tell me what the hours are for DVC member services? Are they open later in the evening or weekends or just a traditional 8-5 M-F?

9AM-5:30PM, EST, 7 days/week. I think they are closed on major holidays, but I'm not sure.
