Newbie Question about PS at Disney Restaurants

I am taking a trip in June with family members who have booked the trip for all of us as a group on their CC. Do you have to give any particular information when making PS ? Can i make the calls and arrange them for our group- or does the person who bough the tickets need to do it?

Anyone can book PS... The CM will ask for your name, telephone number and the number of people in your party. Most CM's are nice and helpful with your questions...
