Newbie purchasing a resale contract and looking at a second one

We just signed a contract and waiting on ROFR. My question is if we do more than one small contract on the resale market at the same time does that send a red flag to Disney and encourage a ROFR on our contracts?

Not at all. They're not going to come after you because you have more than one contract out there.

Naw they don't care what you are doing. They only look at the price per point. If you see another contract you like, jump on it before somebody else does. Due to the change in rules everybody is rushing to make their resale purchases. Be aware, current reports are saying Disney is talking nearly the whole (allowed) 30 days to complete the ROFR process. It does not appear they are ROFR'ing anything at any price at this point. The only exception may be Beach Club Villas, as this seems to be the only resort they have ROFR'ed in a long while.
