Newbie need info for 5/27-5/31 stay

Hi, I'm a newbie who needs info. My hubby, son and I are planning a Memorial Day trip to Disney and are looking to stay at a resort 5/27 -5/31. Heard that this is an economical way to stay at a "nicer" resort. Can you help? Many thanks!

you are staying on a weekend - not a good deal using points.

now if the 28 - 31st are still available that would be a good deal.

Can you educate me a bit further? Am I better off to just book a room through Disney Reservations?

a weeknight point (sun-thurs) at OKW in May is 10 points

fri/sat - (weekend points) - are alot more expensive - 24 points

so Sun-thur (leaving on Frid) - would run you around $100 a night
but the fri/sat would be $240 a night - big difference!!!!

May 27 the Sat is not availability

May 28 -30 is - (again 31 is not availability) - I just looked at OKW studio - since this is the least expensive.

i have a one bedroom from the 22nd to the 29th if your interested. its alot cheaper to go this route.
