Newbie - help needed!!?

Hello!

I am travelling to WDW for the very first time May 27th from England. There's just myself and DBf and we are both mid 20's.

I would like some advice of places to eat and thought you guys could help me out!? We'd like somewhere romantic for one evening and some places with really good atmosphere and food.

I have read about PS but not entirely sure what this is?! Is it the same as making a reservation?

Will we be able to reserve a table at a restaurant once we are there or do we need to do this in advance from the UK before we travel, and if yes how do you go about doing so?

Sorry for the very basic question but I am a complete beginner, but getting very excited after discovering these boards!!

It might help too if you tell everyone where you are staying, and if you have any likes or dislikes, and if you have any budget issues.

There are certain restaurants at certain times that you would need to do a Priority Seating before you visit, such as California Grill for the fireworks, others if you are somewhat flexible you can just wait until you are there.

Don't forget you can always cancel a PS if your plans change, so it may be better to have one and cancel than not.
