Newbie AP question

I booked our November trip through DU and I have an AP. I have been unable to reach my DU agent for a few days,perhaps she's away.

My question is this: Is there a limit to # of rooms they will aplly the discount to? If I wait until i hear from my agent will it be too late,or will she be able to apply the discount a few days or a week from now since I already have the reservation?
