Hi, after spending more money last week on a WDW trip than for my ENTIRE wedding, I am going to give REWARDS a try.

I am so confused!

I have signed up for a couple, but I never go back.

SILVERCLICKS doesn't seem to update my points.

I have signed up for DISNEYAWARDS and will wait for my e-mail.

HELP PLEASE! What;s the best rewards sites for

(1) Airfare from Toronto to Orlando
(2) rental cars
(3) hotels, especially Disney resorts
(4) restaurants
(5) Disney tickets (other attractions too!)

OH THANK YOU SMART ONES FOR TURNING ME ON TO THIS! I HOPE IT WORKS!

Sandra need advice from you to learn the ways of rewards programs that only the wise ones from the North know.

Welcome, Sandra!!

Take a look at www.milesource.com - you can get restaurant, rental cars, plane tickets, and non Disney hotels rewards

www.searchcactus.com and www.netflip.com pay in cash which is always good.

www.mypoints.com for rainforest cafe and other wdw area restaurants also webcertificates which are prepaid mastercards that you can use anywhere mastercard is accepted.

www.beenz.com This program is in trouble right now-may not be around much longer

Hello! I've "talked" to you a little bit on the Canadian board, but I spend most of my time here. Like you, I'm a Disney freak and am trying to do whatever I can to get to Disney for as little $$ as possible!!

Now, there are Canadians on this board who have been doing these programs a lot longer than me, but I'll put my 2 cents in just for fun!

Right now I'm doing 5 programs. Many programs aren't open to Canadians. Okay, in a nutshell, here are the programs I do...

www.beenz.com
I used to REALLY love this program but there is a strong rumour out there that this program is closing very shortly. I wouldn't suggest joining. I have, however, been able to buy Disney Dollars with this program.

www.mypoints.com
This is a great program for ordering restaurant gift certificates. It's great because you can order certificates in American dollars. I've ordered Olive Garden certificates, but you can get RFC and many others too. It's a slow earning program, but very reliable and simple.

www.howhot.com
I just started this one. Unfortunately, the site is down for maintenance right now and we're not sure when it will reopen again. Keep checking here for updates on this program. As far as I know, you can get gift certificates for restaurants with this program.

www.searchcactus.com
This is pretty simple too. You get paid in American money! The only drawback is as Canadians, they detract $2.00 from each cheque they send us. For example, if we earn $24 a month for our searches, we will receive a cheque for $22 dollars. I still think it's worthwhile when you consider the current exchange rate.

www.milesource.com
If you want a certificate to be sent to your Canadian address, you can only redeem with milesource through www.giftcertificates.ca. However, if you want to get certificates to use on a Florida trip, you can have your certificates sent to a friend in the U.S. I know of people who have done this and have been happy with how it worked out. I personally use milesource for home depot certificates to use in Canada.

I notice you've joined the Disney Awards progam. Sounds great! Getting a parkhopper pass would certainly help our dream to get to Disney!!

There are MANY more programs out there, but I only know about the programs mentioned above. If you want more detailed information on how to do these programs, just ask. I'd be happy to help along with the other kind people here!!

Hi Sandra!Welcome fellow Canadian to this board. As Debbie has pointed out above some of the most popular rewards sites. Our family just received our first rewards consisting of 70 disney dollars thanks to beenz.Unfortunately right now there isnt too many beenz to be had.I also do my points which only takes a mere 2 minutes a day to do.I am also coming up to my first payout on searchcactus. Also doing Disney Rewards(give a Kris a little time to get your account activated as she is swamped with questions about the new site)Everybody on this board is very friendly so ask any questions and surely someone will have the answer for you.
