New Years Resolutions!!

Who's already made them? I vowed to loose weight. Several years ago I vowed to loose weight and lost 60 lbs, but I've gained it all back. That's the only one I've really made. Who else has made, or will make, a new years resolution?
 
I rarely make them but I have GOT to get in shape next year. We are taking a spring break trip to Costa Rica, where we plan lots of hiking and other outdoor activites. DH works out at a gym about 6 hours a week. DD10 does gymnastics 13 hours a week. DD13 is on two dance team and dances about 8 hours a week. DS14 rides his bike to school - about 6 miles round trip a day. Which leaves me, who sits in her office all day and hasn't worked out since about 1995. Before our trip to Paris, I climbed the fire stairs at work every day...worked my way up to 13 stories. I've got to do something so old Ma won't hold everyone else back!
 
DH and I always get a big piece of poster board each and write out goals/dreams for the new year on New Year's Eve....

I made one for my ds19months ... lose the paci ... does that count?

Procrastinate less. My grades this semester were far better than I ever could have hoped for, but now that I've set the bar that high, I've really got to get my act together because I want to keep it up. Especially since I know that my great grades could have been better if I'd procrastinated less.
Unfortunately that means less DIS time. This is how I procrastinate :rolleyes1
Dropping a few pounds wouldn't hurt me either, especially after all the holiday junk food.
 
Mine:

Get in shape - seriously, we're going to Cancun in May for a beach wedding - I need to look good!
Spend much less time on the computer - and more time interacting with my kids and tending to my house.
Have a more positive outlook on life.
Start classes in the spring.

Too funny! I made the same one for my DD only she's 27 months! It's to the point where I'm embarrassed to take her out b/c she still has it! (No flames please! Trust me I feel bad enough that it's went on this long)

Mine is that I'm going to remember everyone's birthday in my close family and my BIL's and their families. I'm so bad with birthdays. How hard is dropping a card in the mail? Apparently for me, it's very difficult. Good luck to all!
 
My main one is to continue walking on the treadmill, working out on my yoga ball, and eating healthy. I feel so much better than I used to these last 3 months.

My other main one is to slow down. These past few months are a blur to me. I love school and my boyfriend, best friend, sister, and job, but boy have I been on overload. My goal is to slow down and relax (sometime before midnight everyday!) and just take some me time. I've had a book started for three months now I'd like to finish!

Good luck in school. I went back after being a SAHM and now I'm in graduate school. It can be difficult at time but its worth it.
 
-Continue going to the gym
-eat more healthy foods- I've been slacking very much lately because of money and time constraints
- work on fiscal responsibility
- work on stress management
