If you sign into your account there is an activites calendar that you can click on. Right now it's listing the Pirate Party on our second night but it doesn't have any activities listed on New Year's Eve (St. Marrten) which seems kind of strange to me....so I'm not sure if the calendar is correct.

My daughter found some info on the NYE menu and celebration on the website under Cruises&.Destinations..Holidays on the High Seas.

I saw the part about some of the special things that take place on this cruise but I didn't see anything about the menus. Do you know where she found that?

It just states that there will be a special menu and a deck party. Knowing DCL they will make it a magical event.

We when on the NYE cruise 2 years ago and it had a wonderful menu for that night, I have a copy of it at my house, I'll try to post it tomorrow. The deck party was great, they passed out free drinks in special plastic glasses and gifts left in your cabin while you dine. Had a great time so we had to book again.

FYI: The ages of the children are at sail time. If people mentioned where they are from (or if it is over in the left column under the disname) I have added it here. Same goes for stateroom. I moved really fast through the earlier posts, so if I have gotten something wrong, please forgive me and tell me what needs to be corrected!

Tinkerbelltwins (Beth) and Podsnel (Ellen) are organizing a Meet and Greet for Day 2 sometime mid-afternoon (we'll finalize the time closer to cruise time) by the Vista Cafe. Plan is to do a group photo on the staircase then too. At the Meet and Greet we will be handing out a trivia/scavenger hunt for anyone interested to work on throughout the cruise.

My two sons, ages 12 and 9, would like to email and/or facetime similarly aged kids so they know someone other than each other before they get on the cruise. My older boy gets reserved and nervous meeting new people so this would be great for him.

I know the cruise is a surprise for a lot of kids...but if it is not a surprise, let me know. We can introduce them to each other.

Also, we are at the Beach Club from the 26 til we go to the port...anyone else at the Beach Club or Yacht Club? The kids could meet for ice cream or in the arcade ....

We are at the BCV the night before the cruise- We are at BWV the night before that but get in really late (and i was unable to get BCV that first night when we added it). Planning to hit EPCOT early on Friday- I have always wanted to see the Christmas stuff there....then going to CP that night.

I wish I could help you with the kids, but mine are 14 & 16 and going into Vibe. I'm sure my youngest would talk to them about how much fun it is, and how he was fine this past March when he was on his own, tho- if you think it might help, please let me know!

I was able to get a 10:30 boarding time. I thought boardings began at 11:00?? Is that a change, or is my memory just bad.
