Whoops! I'm sorry, you are right it is 7.00pm got a little mixed up with the time difference, I think I will have to try and change my PS time to 6.30pm or even earlier.

Anybody know if there is transport available to the theme parks on New Years Eve? We will be staying at the Hilton at Walt Disney World Resort for the night and were going to take the car to Epcot, but just wondered if there were any shuttle buses operating from Hotels.

We did Rose & Crown last year - be prepared!!! I highly doubt you will be seated before 7:00 with a 6:30 PS. It is an absolute madhouse!! Ours were for 6:20 last year, and we got there 10 minutes early. We were seated just before 7:00, and the bar was so busy we didn't get our first drinks until well after the countdown to 7:00 p.m. I would make the PS for 6:00 p.m. or earlier.

And don't count on being seated outside - they refused to let us wait - the choices were take the inside or don't eat. We really wanted the outside because the first Illumination show is at 7:30.

I was hoping to treat ourselves to an on-site room too -- but not to the tune of $500 - $800 for one night.
Good luck. I hope it works out for you. I decided it was just easier to arrive early, stay and drive home.

If you have a PS at LTT will they let you in even if is is filled to capacity? I need to know if I have to change my PS to an off park restaurant

From everything I've read, you will not be allowed into a park that is filled to capacity even if you have a PS. It sure would be great, if they would change that policy but I don't think that will ever happen.

Where did the CM, NYE celebration at Rose & Crown take place, inside or out? We are probably the only family in the world who isn't that thrilled with Illuminations. I booked the PS time hoping to catch their celebration, not for Illuminations. I hope we're seated in the most festive area.

The primary countdown and noise seemed to come from the bar area in the front of the restaurant, so being inside may actually be a bit better, although I don't think it matters that much. If it's really cold, and you don't care about Illuminations, inside may be better in any event. Not that it matters what you prefer - you take what they give you and you like it!

I Thank you all for the info. We are staying at OKW and have 610 reservations at the Rose and Crown. I will let everyone know how it went when we get back home mid Jan.

We are planning on being there NYE. We are staying at the Beach Club and have "reservations" at Morocco at 7:30. Hopefully, they will let us come and go because 16 or 17 hours at the park does not sound like fun to me. I thought I would like to rest in the afternoon.
