New Years Eve

Anyone know if there is any special celebration for the New Year? I am thinking we may opt for USO instead of MK for NYE. I think CityWalk may be more fun and maybe dinner at Hard Rock-I am sure someone good will be playing. Anyone else have any thoughts?
