New Years Eve

I would like some ideas for you "old pro's" on New Years Eve. We will be getting into OKW about 4 pm and plan on going to one of the parks until its closes (or something else if there is something big happening)

Any advise on what special things are going on at WDW during this post-Christmas time?

There are lots of special things going on in WDW for NYE, but beware, the parks could fill to capacity and be closed quite early in the day. We spent NYE in MK a few years ago and this happened.

With your arrival time, you shouldn't have much trouble getting into EPCOT. That park seems to resist closing due to capacity the best. Not that it hasn't mind, it just usually takes longer.

The Boardwalk is having an outdoor party. No admission of course, just join in the fun.

$79 will get you into PI with a buffet and Blondie among other groups.

Frankie and the West End Boys, usually seen at PI will be at MGM Studios. This park seems to be slated for the dance music crowd.
