New Year's Eve Question since it's never to early to plan

I'm just pondering dinner that evening (we'll be on site) and I as wondering if the restaurants have normal hours of if some will be closed or what. I looked here for last years info and there's a short list, I'm hoping those weren't the only things open that evening.
