You are quite good - actually awesome. I envy your photo abilities. I might just have to get you a drink and get some tips off of you. I shoot but am not the best and am not so great with iso, etc. combinations. I should probably take a class...:)

EVERYONE ELSE - well I think I am seriously going to book a private charter for the family tomorrow for the Grand Cayman portion of the trip.

Just going to throw this out but anyone want to join us on one of the ones that can do like 10-15 people? If not I completely understand as I am this random DISER who only pops in once in a while but I figured I would put it out there. If you do just let me know and we can split the cost even more (ends up being cheaper than alot of the DCL stuff).

Looking at something like this: http://grandcaymancruiseexcursions.com/StingrayCitySailingRates.htm

In any event - I need to catch some sleep - or try to if I can stop working on the computer...:)

I can't sleep (probably doesn't help I'm out looking at all the stuff for Grand Cayman). But now I am thinking maybe we should go with Nativeway for the stingray tour, etc? Any thoughts? Its not quite as exclusive as say a private "private" charter but its still small.

It seems so much more difficult to choose excursions for the western cruise than for the eastern. Key West is going to be easy, just walking around, doing Hemingway's house, and the southernmost point in the USA for a photo op.

I'm also going to look into Nativeway. I know for sure that I want to do a shipwreck snorkel, and also see some local culture. After all the research I've been doing on this, I see I have a lot more to do.

I'm off to Mass now, but I'll check back after.

Hi everyone! You are nearing that magic number of 3750 where we have to close the thread. To keep on chatting just start a new one and link them back and forth. Then I'll close this one.

If anyone needs help with the linking just let me know.

Happy planning!

Yeah - I am still up in the air on exactly what we want to do. While a private, family only excursion would be nice (and the cost doesn't really bug me) but just worried that we won't get the "help" with only one crew person (pilot). I think with Nativeway there are a couple of crew per boat and so they can help more people, etc.

Does anyone want to be the New Thread starter, since I had my turn?

Aisling, would you please start the new thread? I know that I'd make a mess of it and why mess with perfection.

Anjelica, I like the idea of a private charter. I was looking at the 5.5 hr. Stingray City Sailing Private Adventure. We could add stops at the Barrier Reef and Coral Gardens. I haven't looked into the Nativeway yet (not really sure what it is), but that might be an option. We want to snorkel as much as possible on this trip.

Nan, your daughter is awsome (but you already knew that), and I love her new hair cut.

Hi Everybody :wave2:
