Working hard today Brenda?of 'couuuurrrrse' i am![]()

I have classes at two and a little economics homework to do before I go...John is now able to drive himself to therapy![]()
He's slowly getting better, the pain level is still too high for him to be comfortable all day yet. He's scheduled to go back to work on the 25th of March~
Yeah...he needs to go back to work....
His job is more trying on his brain and his feet...the company put an extra helper in the parts dept to work with John and Bruce for awhile. Bruce has had his hip replaced (he's alot older) and with John not being able to lift, I am VERY happy they put someone over there to help out.
Hi all...
Aisling, it looks like you have the night flash setting on the darker shots...they turned out cool ~
Here is my little bit of advice ...
the flash is going off but the lens stays open longer to let in more light (because it's dark out.) Since you do not carry a tripod, try using your elbows to keep your arms still for an extra split second or put the camera on something, like a trash can or the car to keep it steady. The only reason you have blur is cause you moved while the shutter was still open~
I like the style of the archway and building he is coming out of and the pose he gave you in the second one was priceless![]()
oh that's good....i bet he is going a little 'stir crazy' - i know i would be! Have fun at school today!
Tig, I don't think John would be too keen on this idea, but I wish you'd consider coming up to the city with your camera, and spending the night. You can even bring the kids, as my kids would take them out for a night on the town, and you can have a chance to get some awesome photographs. You can stay at my house...we have a lower apartment, total privacy, bathroom, beds, etc. , that's basically unused. If you spend the night, you can do some magic with your photography that's even more awesome than during the day. Don't be shy, we're really down-to-earth people, and I know you'd be comfortable for an overnight. Think about it, ok?
Happy Monday Magic Mateys,
I hope you all had a good weekend. Jeff and I had a pretty good weekend. I got my baby fix at Jeff's BF's. I love being able to hold and rock babies and then hand them over for feeding and changing.![]()
Aaron seemed was being plesant last night and this morning so I'm hoping we have a good week with him. I think to keep my sanity I'm going to plan on visiting my older son this weekend. I love going and having time to myself and time with him.![]()
Have fun with DH's "honey-do" list & hangin' with Sam! WOW - a whole month off...how fun! Ry gets 6 days - beginning Good Friday - DH is going to take a few days off next week so he can go to his baseball tournaments etc. that they have scheduled during the day![]()
Happy Monday one and all! Hope everyone has a great day. My DH is at home this week (he has some vacation days to use up before he becomes head of research) so he's asked me what jobs I want/need him to do!!!I'm a little scared to show him the list but, hey, he did ask...

Samuel breaks up from school tomorrow and is at home for a month which will be fab - I love just hanging out with him, watching him play on the Wii and chatting with him whilst he plays his guitar... I know he'll have some work to do as he's due to take a couple of major exams in May but, apart from that, he'll be relaxing...![]()
Just thinking this thread will be locked soon - we must be approaching the limit...
Catch you all later...![]()
What does "lock our thread" mean?
This is totally off topic here, but here goes. Our flight back to Ohio does not leave MCO until like 7:15, so we are renting a car for the day. If we wanted to eat lunch at one of Disneys restaurants, which one would you recommend? We have never eaten at any of them. We were thinking of doing Downtown Disney, but since we have a car, the thought of maybe trying to eat a lunch at another Disney property sounds interesting. How do you go about making these and do we need to ask for anything in particular? Can you do this if you are not staying on the property? Thanks much for any advice you can give.
Maybe if you start with a theme?
Do you want fancy, elegant, loud and friendly or exotic?
for example...if you want; you may want
Fancy/Elegant - Narcosees, Artist Palette, Wolfgang Puck
Exotic - Jiko, Ohana, Rainforest
Loud and Friendly - Whispering Canyon, Chef Mickey, Boma
morning...yep way toooooo early to be up...but couldn't sleep....so doing laundry. ryan had a little 'accident' yesterday & his car is now in the body shop with an undetermined amt of damage. Fortunately he is OKAY....quite shaken up of course - as it was his very first incident...but the car may not be worth repairing....we won't know till they lift it up & check out the frame...we'll just have to see once they get that estimate. This is just one of those things that no one likes to deal with or needs - whether it's to repair that car or get him another - not even sure we'd do that....we had really hoped a 9 yr old acura would get him thru HS.
