New Year's Day crowds??

What are the crowds like on NYD? Are they as huge as the rest of the week after Christmas? I thinking specifically of Epcot. This is my birthday and I am looking forward to eating dinner at one of the restaurants there, but don't want to waste an entire day of a park hopper just to eat!

We were there this past New Year's and the crowds on New Year's day were pretty good. Especially early in the morning. Everyone sleeps in so the early crowds are especially light. They also had two parks open for ee on New Year's which cut the crowds even more. We went to MGM for a long time until the corwds picked up, then went back to the Boardwalk to swim. First time we ever went swimming on New Year's Day!
