I doubt they will be available much before mid-October but I'm guessing. I don't remember when the information started coming out last year but it's not this early. Just keep checking back.

we'll be there too this year. What does Universal usually do for New Years?

CityWalk hosts the festivities including a concert and private parties that any can come to...for a price of course. ;)

Not to mention all the clubs have stuff going on that night.

Is there anything actually in universal? Fireworks? Parks open late? What about the globe things? (I really wouCinisphere?ld love to see those once....what are they called? Cinisphere?) Are teh parks open late?

I get that citywalk throws a big party (I would expect no less! LOL!) but what about the parks themselves?

Let me check my last year's flyer when I get home and will report back.

OK...last year there was a concert at CityWalk featuring The Four Tops and The Temptations. Tickets included an all-you-can-eat buffet, champagne toast and more. The tickets were $114.99 plus tax per person. The hours were 8pm to 2am and was restricted to persons over the age of 21.

The park hours were 9am to 10pm from 12/26 until 12/30. The Studios was open 9am to 1am on 12/31 and IOA was open 9am to 10pm on 12/31.

I feel certain the Studios had the Cinesphere 360 laser show as well as fireworks.

I don't know how HP will change IOA's hours or the festivities yet...it's still too early to tell.
