New World of Dreams Tour - Only $12,000!

You think so?

They don't place hard and fast restrictions on VIP tours either, but the guides ask and can (and often are) be told no by managers, even for "reasonable" requests. Obviously this is the next tier, but I'm skeptical about what they would allow. And I wonder if like VIP tours, they won't explicitly tell you upfront what can or cannot be done...

Is signature services running this? I almost want to call them and ask...
This is a next level tour. Not your typical VIP plaid type 7 hour tour.

That's an insane amount of money for a tour. How much does it cost to go up in a Space X rocket?

I wonder what they'd consider within reason. How fun would it be to go down the tinkerbell line from the castle. It might be worth the money then lol
Probably due to liability concerns that might be outside the reasonable things.

Remember that Safety is the number 1 priority for Disney, I don't see them allowing guests to do Tinks flight or feeding lions/cheetahs or any other animal that might be too dangerous. Also no activity that might endanger other guests, like lets say driving a Main Street vehicle during normal hours.
Now if I was doing this I would like to see the over night operations of maintenance to attractions, maybe spend the night walking around MK :) I'm a big dork.

I will definitely do this............................................................. when I win the mega million lottery!

What lucky blogger will get this for free?? If they start offering this to them many more of us should start blogging as well since bloggers get free perks!!!

Maybe it's because it became second nature, but I didn't think there was that much to see after park close or being backstage. It is strange seeing vans and trucks driving around inside the parks. And whenever I encountered people on a backstage tour, it did cross my mind that people paid money to see things I saw on a regular basis. By far, the most interesting backstage area was AK.

I've done KttKT 3 times in the last 17 years, and I'm always amazed and fascinated by the amount of behind the scene stuff that goes on. Or maybe I would pay for the tour to be inside MK when they switch Halloween to Christmas, things like that.
The rides with no waits are fine but I'm a local and can do those whenever

not all bloggers get free perks, it has to be the huge ones that have thousands and thousands of followers and years and years blogging.
I live stream and our little company has been doing it for almost 4 years now, we have 6,416 subscribers on youtube, 56,000 followers on fb and still have not gotten a media invite from Disney. We have been invited to the grand opening of Maria and Enzos and last week to the ribbon cutting media event for Margaritaville Resort.
But I'm sure a certain someone from the Dis Unplugged will be invited to do this tour

PEO facilitates all of the blogger and other social media events, so I was able to interact with a lot of bloggers. There are substantial prerequisites that determine who is invited to the media events, however they are not only the larger websites. An example is the "mommy bloggers" just about all of them are on the small-ish side, but they are selected because of the target demographics. And boy, are they happy and appreciative when they get the invite. Another group that gets invited on a regular basis are Travel Agents, especially from South America.

I'm in the midst of maybe becoming a travel agent and have been told any trip i take to Disney, tickets, meals, tours, transportation, etc can be written off my taxes because it's considered "research". I think i still better make some money first before i embark on this tour though. Lol.

Hahahahaha. Not quite. I would seek out professional tax advice on that one. I’ve been doing it for about 6 years and taken quite a few trips and cruises. You cannot write off “any trip” and call it research.

Yes, exactly this. Write off too much "research" and you will get audited. They will then ask for tons of documentation on the trips and make the argument that most of this "research" can now be done online. Ask me how I know this . . . ugh.
