New - When will DCL Sailings resume - Poll

Lafter last night, the entire website was down. I figured something was up (or down) when even my cruise next September had the same message.

I took the refund for our Alaska cruise instead of the 125% (we were PIF before sailings stopped). At the time I wasn't sure it was the right choice, as I hoped to do Alaska next summer instead. We also had the OBB discount. My husband wasn't comfortable loaning Disney that much money and insisted on a full refund.

Now I'm thinking that we wouldn't be sailing next summer anyway and made the choice then that we'd be making anyway.

Hoping I'm wrong.

Alternatively, New Zealand went aggressive with their lockdown, and now it's eradicated there...

Problem is that we went the exact opposite direction, and showing zero tolerance for more lockdowns or even mask usage, so it's a moot point here.

It's only "eradicated" in those countries as long as they stay locked down. Once restrictions ease, virus numbers will rise.

Not sure we are well loved over there with our numbers, or even liked by most of the world right now.

I can just hear the conversation now:
“Say Blokes, what do you think we get together with a couple of our mates tonight and push the Disney dinghy in the water before the Americans find out we’ve gone sailing on ‘er?” They will all be crammed in at the bar and they will never know we took her for a spin.
