Anyone else having a problem getting on? I put my info in to sign in hit sign in and it just sits there. Nothing happens. I can't get in. Anyone know if it could be a dvc problem or my computer?
I'm using Chrome and am having problems with the new site. First after logging in it tells me that my member info is not available. Then whenever I click on anything it returns me to the login screen and tells me to log in again because I have been logged out for inactivity. Really, about 16 seconds of inactivity in the time it took me to look for the points charts and click on the link....meh.... Disney might want to think about hiring a CIO that can actually get things done right the first time. Why is one of the richest companies in the world always having crappy web apps? Makes no sense and gives them a black eye in the PR arena, but then again why would they care they already have my money.....

We have not been able to get into the new website. A call to member services yesterday did not help. The CSR told us that there were known problems that could take 5 to 7 days to fix. He said just try again in a couple of days. I questioned him further and he said that if we did not have Windows 8 we could not get in. I told him that I did not think Disney would put out a member website that was limited to folks with the very latest operating system on their PC. he disagreed with me and then put me on hold and when he came back said that the problem getting in was for members that were using Windows 8. I told him that I was not using Windows 8 so that was not accurate. He was stumped and basically went back to try again in a few days. Is anyone else having problems getting into the website and/or been told anything different than I was told? It is hard to believe that Disney would rollout a new website like this and have this sort of problem and even more hard to believe that their CSR's are not up to speed on the issue so that they can help members.
What browser are you using? It doesn't appear to support IE7 at all. IE8 & IE9 work, but you may have to toggle the 'Compatibility View' settings (looks like a torn sheet of paper in the address bar). Latest versions of Firefox, Safari and Chrome also work with the new member website.
