New Website with discounts???

I have been searching for websites with discounts for HRH and stumbled upon this one www.hotelplusportal.com
is anyone familiar with this one. it looks like they only book 3 months out but the rates are pretty good. $175 for garden view. $247 club level. not bad for a spur of the moment trip or to change ressies. FYI if anyone is interested I do not know anything about them they just came up in my search engine.

I just did a comparison between that site and Loew's site for "off-the-wall" dates in Nov. Both are exactly the same, so I don't understand using a third party to book. The rates appear to be rackrate w/no savings for AAA, fan club, etc. And no Loew's benefits would come with it. Guess for last minute ressies it might work.......just don't understand why a site would offer the exact prices as reg. site...what would they get out of it? Just curious.
