New Website Waitlist Gone

I had one active waitlist and on the new website shows 0 active waitlists. I called and ms said that I had no active waitlists only 1 confirmed waitlists for another trip.

I have to start over and get back at the bottom of waitlist queue.

The points are wrong.

Check everything.
 
You're being nicer about it then I would be. :goodvibes I wouldn't be mean [that doesn't get you anywhere], but I would be firm and insist they check their records [as long as you positively know you had one set up] and for them to get back with me when it is corrected. Then again, how would you ever know if you went back to the proper position in line.
 
Thanks, good idea. I will send an email about it. I've kept copies of everything so I'll scan a copy and send it along with the email.

My homepage now shows a waitlist but the other one vanished.

I saw that my dues showed up as not paid and I paid them already. I called member accounting to see why this was showing and they asked what my screen said and cm said the manager was going to be notified. I said I could email the information (checks) but I am current and paid. Yet on my end and their end shows a balance due now on the member screen.

I pay by monthly debit but the website states I owe for the entire year!
 

My dues information was corrected to show the auto-debit for the dues.

I did pre-pay on some of the contracts but it did not show and after the call a few days ago, it too was corrected.

Check along the top menu bar where dues is located and go past the main screen, to the actual dues page. Be sure everything is correct on that page. Some people are scheduled for direct debit on the 15th, other on the 1st.

As far as the waitlists, mine did not go into the inactive folder of my profile, it just did not show that one was active to begin with.
