New Visa code - 3 0r 4 night minimum?

Does anyone know for sure if the new Visa code for the free ticket upgrade requires a minimum 3 night or 4 night pkg. stay? I don't have a Disney Visa but am hoping to get in on it Thurs. when it opens to public and want to have my figures lined up before I call (obviously assuming the deal is the same) Also I'm assuming you're allowed to buy up to a 10 day ticket with your minimum night stay pkg.- is that correct? In other words can I book a 3 night pkg. with a 10 day ticket? Can you tell I'm trying to work a little Disney deal/ AAA combo?

I know I would have been able to do it for 3 nights at POR with a 6 day ticket. Not sure if I could have gone as long as 10 days. The deal did not save me any money over my AAA rate with the tix purchased at UT since we do not use the waterparks.

Can someone explain this more? I am a Visa holder and have a 4 night stay planned for August and purchased the 4 day park hopper. What does this discount mean, what kind of a ticket upgrade? Are there special dates?

It looks like it's for stays from 3/30 until 5/21. The code is APU & you have to use the disney visa card. Not sure on the length of stay. Also disney only lets you use one code, so if you already used one (like I have), then you can't use this one too.
