New Vegan Blog By - My Daughter!!

Hello, everyone. I used to be an active WISH'er and posted quite a bit here, but I haven't for quite a while now due to lack of time. Working two jobs tends to cut very deeply into my DIS'ing time! At any rate, my daughter and I have recently decided to start eating vegan for a variety of reasons. She has decided to blog about the experience and add in very simple "recipes" (with pictures) as she discovers dishes that she enjoys making. She is just getting started, but her first three cooking attempts are up on the blog and she doesn't intend to stop now. So I thought I would share the link with anyone here who might be eating vegan, be interested in learning about vegan foods, or who just would like a new blog to peruse.

Thanks for the blog info, I've been a veggie for several years now but have now started to go completely vegan for health and well animal rights reasons. I'm always looking for new ways to jazz up my menu. Happy New Year.
