New to this. . . need advice

Our final paperwork came today. 152 points Oct. VWL We got the 2003 points and Disney let us bank half, but we have 75 left hanging that must be used. DH is in the golf business and can't get away from the courses until November. What do you suggest?

I guess you can either rent the points out, trade or give it away to your friends or another DVC member.

Why don't you go for a girls only weekend or something like that? Anyway I'm interested in how you came about purchasing VWL points direct from Disney. We would love to buy points there but haven't found any on the resale market. Thanks for any info!

I hope those aren't my points. I'm waiting on my VWL points to pass ROFR.

I'm sure I've seen on these boards before where people have donated points to charities that give neddy or sick children and their families WDW vacations. If you can't figure any other way to use them you could always do that. It would probably even be tax deductible.
