The PIN codes are not transferable. They're sent to individuals based either on luck or some complicated mathematical algorithm.

But mousesavers http://www.mousesavers.com/disneyresorts.html#discountmenu has a pretty good list of your other options.

Also, take a look at the December '08 codes thread; there should be one here somewhere. That way, if a code does come out for your travel dates, you'll be aware of it.
